Basic Info
Name:padjaiemweru
Birthdate:1981-09-06
Bio
Yes, this is I, Ian
On the 6th of September, 1981, I was born Ian Walling Cheesman.
On the 24th of October, 2004, I was reborn as a child of Bast-Mut and Heru-wer, as well as a beloved of Sekhmet-Hethert, Seshat-Nit-Nebtet, and Set. Three days later I was given this name, PADJAIEMWERU (pronounced pah-DJAI-em-weh-ROO), which means "The Great Ones Provide (for) Me".
On the 6th of August, 2005, I was again reborn as a royal child of Her Holiness, Sekhenet-Ma'at-Ra Setep-en-Ra Hekatawy I, Nisut-Bityt of the Kemetic Orthodox faith.

Now that that is out of the way, what else should you know about me?

I am very active in the Boy Scouts, and have been for almost my entire life. Recently, I was working for the Girl Scouts as well. Whether I stay active with them or not, not sure yet.

I am attending University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, working towards a major in Wildlife Education (and a double minor). It is a little difficult for me, as I haven't attended school in the past few years, so it is interesting getting back into the role of a student.

I have two wonderful and amazing children, both of whom are quite furry (cats). Their names are Snickers and Spunky. Maybe some day I'll get pictures of them.

I enjoy writing, and am looking at doing writing more often, including publication. I prefer fiction, especially fantasy, but have been published (partially) in non-fiction (The TRUST Award Handbook with the BSA, and the Camp Lazarus Field Guide).

I also enjoy role-playing, but I am not able to do as much of that as I would prefer, especially in the last few years (although I am now a member of GASP!). I also have been published in those regards, both by the Fantasy Community Council and by Mongoose Publishing.

I have clinical depression and am Bi-polar. A great and fun combination. Yeah, actually it totally sucks, and makes my life a total crapshot.

I am bi-sexual, although unfortunately not many people know that. This is not because I am ashamed, but rather because a lot of people would be uncomfortable with that, especially in the BSA. It has been alluded to a number of times by people on the local level here that if it were found out, I would no longer be able to work as a volunteer, which would really change my ability to enact good things for youth in the BSA. That being said, I am surprised that I am mentioning it here. Most of you are well aware of this fact, but not everyone. Please use common sense, and talk to me privately if you have an issue (just like I ask of any issue you have with me). Also please do me a favor, and don't "report" me to the local professionals. That being said, I do lean more towards the hetero side than the homo side, but, uh, yeah. Moving on...

I am somewhat active on wikipedia, editing and protecting a pages from a variety of topics.

This journal is, among other things, a recounting of my journey through life, both religious and physical. Enjoy if you like, don't read it if you don't.

Have fun Y'all!
